The shop has amazing variety and all at decent prices. They even offer tailoring which is a great touch. They have a loyalty offering which is competitive and often have sale items at slashed prices so you no longer have to worry about picking something up quickly for an event. Unlike many in person stores they are not pushy to get a sale and instead focus on customer satisfaction.

My son loved the features of the Redpoint full tech parka in navy. Detachable faux fur collar and hood. Lots of pockets. Immediate dispatch of order and delivery next day with DHL. Even phoned me to say may not arrive before Christmas but it did. Outstanding C Service.

First time purchasing from this menswear retail business and it won't be the last .
I arrived at the shop a little early and a very pleasant young man opened the shop and invited me in even though it was not yet opening time
He immediately asked what I was shopping for and when told a suit showed me in to a different area. After several questions and measuring me up.produced exactly what I was looking for and after a few trips upstairs as if by magic I got the right suit for the right price and a small alteration though needed I was in no doubt that this was a great experience.......Nothing was too much trouble, my only regret being that I hadnot been here before!!

Will definitely be shopping again for formal clothes. The fit of the waistcoat and trouser I ordered was great and the price paid was friendly on the bank account. I paid for standard delivery and it came quicker than expected. A good purchase.

Delivery was on time. Joggers were really thin and lasted less than 2 weeks before they split on the outside close to the pocket. They were reduced to £7.50 but definitely wasn’t a good deal.

Having spent a lifetime wearing either what will fit or oversized tops just to get the arm length, investing 90 minutes with Sue who ran up and down to the stock room to dig out the right sizes in what actually suited me. First time I have enjoyed shopping in my 49 years

Fantastic clothing store. Good quality, true to size, with fantastic customer service. We asked for next day delivery before 12 and DHL were dragging their heels but the wonderful man chased down the delivery and I had my product less than 20 minutes later. When I called to see what was happening he was already on the ball and knew who I was immediately and had been tracking my item to make sure it was delivered. Will definitely be using for future purchases! Sometimes it takes something going a little awry to shine and they certainly did that. Buy with confidence!

I visited this store on 31/07/2023 with my autistic adult nephew, as he needed an outfit to wear to his cousin's wedding. We were served by Jack and the service was amazing. We were in the shop for just over an hour, with my nephew trying on several items, before purchasing his chosen outfit. If you want good, old fashioned personalised customer service, this is the shop to visit. Jack is an absolute credit to the business

What a great find this was. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a suit for a wedding for my 6’8in husband, we came across these guys online. After a helpful chat on the phone we decided to visit.
Blown away by this team. They were not only friendly, fun and professional, but these guys know their stuff.
Looked after by Nettie & Andy - the knowledge of their stock, their ability to create a look and know how things will look and fit was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble, they made us feel welcome and valued, and we had a giggle along the way.
Never have I seen my husband be able to try on so many clothes in an actual shop, and feel comfortable that he has choice.
For anyone who is, or has a partner / friend / family member who is big or / and tall, make the trip to see these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Needed a suit been everywhere and found john banks on google so rang and spoke to nettle told me to come to shop and they would sort me out
Went over and within 30 minutes u had a new suit shirt tie
Nettle was excellent new exactly what I wanted and gave me 10% discount as well will definitely be using them again

We visited on the search for a 3 piece suit for a family wedding. We were welcomed and allowed to browse. Chris came to help us, just by looking at my husband he was spot on with sizing and fit of the jacket required he was very helpful with shirt and tie recommendations too, far from pushy he was more than willing to give advice. The fact that we could get everything under one roof so to speak meant my husband didn't feel he was shopping too long either so he was very happy, top to toe, including shoes in one.

Excellent customer service from first to last.
I rang on a Saturday to ask about tall fit dressing gowns and was told they had plenty so we visited on the following Monday.
The shop is well stocked with both tall mens' and large mens' clothing.
If you want it they have it.
Dressing gown and other items purchased all at very reasonable prices.
The staff were then able to advise us on where to go for lunch which was also very good.
It's well worth a visit to this shop if you need kitting out.

It's nice to find a online retailer that actually accommodate's for the taller/ slimmer person. Only criticism, the belt that comes with the trousers is a might bit small, perhaps the next size up maybe the best option. Will certainly be back to purchase more clothes in the very near future.

Another great purchase. Some new ‘back to work’ trousers. Have tried other online retailers for big clothes but the quality from JBB&T is always top notch, great value and high customer service. The ability to order multiple sizes for choice, with free returns, is also really convenient.
